It’s been a long time since I’ve written a letter to the editor, but I’m so impressed with the quality, expertise, and integrity of a long-time local business that I’m compelled to give them credit.
Brian’s Plumbing is the only plumbing company in our community as far as I’m concerned.
Given the word limit, I will not go into the details of my utility cost proof. I will say my water bill went from $40 a month to the current bill of $180. My electric bill went from about $125 to $400.
It’s a devastating nightmare for an SS man struggling with infirmity. I prayed, lost sleep, sold furniture and items from my home. I even wondered if I would just have to sell my house.
Yes, I hired a plumber. He charged me a lot of money only for not finding my water leak. Unfortunately, some take advantage of the elderly.
I finally asked a friend who I could trust and she loved Brian’s Plumbing. I am now part of this fan club.
I messaged Brian over the weekend and was surprised he replied within hours.
Being the giddy blonde that I am, I could only guess that I thought the water leak was in the crawl space above the garage. The water was flowing so much that it gouged a hole in the ceiling.
First thing Monday morning, Brian sent Anthony and Jarrod to my house. They were not only good looking (granny is not blind), they were very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. And I have to say, compassionate.
The water drop was not the source of my leak, but they fixed it anyway. Within minutes of sweeping the house, they found the hidden problem. The hot water pipe from the water heater had a leak in the foundation.
About five hours later, using troubleshooting techniques and hard work, my prayers were answered.
The guys heard me getting emotional, the floodgates opened. I hadn’t realized how stressed I was. That’s until God sends me angels from Brian’s Plumbing. Remember that when you need a plumber.
