Avison Young has announced that local plumbing company Jim Needham Plumbing will occupy a 3,256 square foot flexible office/condominium at the Colorado Technology Center (CTC) in Louisville.

Jaimee Keene of Avison Young’s Capital Markets Group in Denver represented the buyer, Denver Cherry Holdings LLC, which purchased the property for $200 per square foot.

“Jim Needham Plumbing is a perfect fit for CTC in Louisville, home to many great Boulder County businesses. The Louisville CTC location is an ideal central location with quick access to Interstate 36 and U.S. Highway 287, which will allow Jim Needham Plumbing to quickly respond to residents and businesses in the northern metro area for plumbing needs,” Keene said.

The office/flex condo at 1849 Cherry Street features a 65% office finish, a clean and bright warehouse, and an additional storage loft.

“The property is a terrific fit with an ideal layout and location,” said Patrick Cosgrove, Denver Cherry Holdings LLC. “Jaimee’s client-centric approach produced an innovative solution that matched our business goals and real estate needs, and was accomplished effortlessly in the midst of obstacles and a pandemic.”

Keene began scouting assets for client review in October, during the pandemic, and completed the purchase of the property within three months.
