21st century

Vanessa Oake Hogan and the team at Century 21 United Realty recently completed a complete renovation of their building at 387 George St.

The project was sparked by a serious plumbing malfunction that flooded all three floors of the building and led to a reconfiguration of the space, including the creation of private walk-in workspaces, multiple meeting rooms , lounges for customers and agents and an accessible ground floor.

A coffee bar, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, new flooring, paint, lighting and art completed the work. Discover it at the open house on Thursday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
